Who we are
ProSeamlessGutter ("we", "us") operates proseamlessgutter.com, a free service that matches homeowners with local gutter contractors. We are a matching/referral service — we do not perform gutter work ourselves.
What we collect
When you submit a quote request we collect: your name, property address, phone number, email, the service you need, and any project notes you provide. We also collect standard technical data (page visited, referring source, and ad-click identifiers such as gclid/UTM parameters) to measure our marketing.
How we use it
- To match you with contractors. Your request is shared with a small number of vetted local gutter contractors (typically up to 3, and no more than described in the consent language on the form) so they can contact you with quotes.
- To operate and improve the service, including preventing spam and fraud.
- To document your consent. We record the consent you give on the form (including via third-party consent-verification services such as TrustedForm) as required by law.
What we share
We share your quote-request details only with the contractor(s) we match you with, our service providers (form processing, call tracking, analytics, consent verification), and where required by law. We do not sell your information to data brokers or share it with parties unrelated to your request.
Calls & texts (TCPA)
By checking the consent box on our form, you agree that ProSeamlessGutter and the matched contractor(s) may contact you at the number provided — including via autodialed calls or texts — about your project. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to texts or telling the caller.
Your choices
You may request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us at privacy@proseamlessgutter.com. New Jersey residents may have additional rights under applicable state law.
Cookies & analytics
We use minimal analytics and ad-measurement cookies (e.g., Google Ads conversion tracking). We do not run third-party ad networks on this site.
